To correct the name that is on your JAMB registration form, send the
correct SURNAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME as a text message to the USSD, 55019. (eg; UMAR, SAGEER, MUSA to 55019. Remember this request has to be done using the mobile number used while creating the profile.
